Great protection, requires heat sealer

The quality of the film is top-notch. Just note that you need a specific heat sealer to close them properly; they don't have a self-adhesive strip. Once sealed, they are completely airtight.

A: Once heat-sealed, the bond is permanent to ensure maximum archival integrity. We recommend testing your seal on a dummy item before sealing your valuable documents.

A: Yes, Melinex 516 is chemically inert and safe for both black-and-white and color photographs. It will not cause fading or chemical reactions over time.
