A: Yes, the cord features an adjustable slider that allows you to set the sensor height anywhere from low beginner levels up to 180cm to match your child's growing abilities.

Q: Does this device actually make children grow taller?

A: This device is designed to encourage jumping and stretching exercises, which are healthy activities. However, height growth is primarily determined by genetics and nutrition. Please consult a pediatrician for specific growth concerns.

Q: What happens if the battery dies during use?

A: If the batteries run out, the voice counting and LED lights will stop working, but the device remains safe to use as a standard elastic jump rope without electronic features.

Q: Can the volume be turned down or muted?

A: Currently, this model does not have a volume control switch. The voice output is set to a fixed level to ensure children can hear the encouragement clearly during activity.

Q: Is the mounting hook strong enough for vigorous jumping?

A: The included over-the-door hook is reinforced for standard home doors. For drywall mounting, we recommend using heavy-duty anchors (sold separately) to ensure maximum stability.
