Love the trashy effect

Exactly what I was looking for to add some texture to my fusion setups. The 'water cymbal' description is accurate; it has that quick, splashing decay. The 19cm size offers a bit more body while staying controlled.

Perfect dry splash for studio work

These Seagull cymbals have an incredible dry sound with very little sustain. The antique black finish looks stunning on my kit, and the hand-hammering gives each hit a unique character. Highly recommended for jazz players.

Great value, unique tone

I bought the 17cm version. It cuts through the mix without being too bright. The build quality is solid for the price point. Only giving 4 stars because the mounting hole was slightly tight, but it fit after some gentle filing.

Authentic Beijing sound

If you want that traditional Chinese cymbal sound without breaking the bank, this is it. Dark, earthy, and fast. The small jiaozi style works perfectly for intricate patterns.

Good addition to any kit

Solid little cymbal. The 15cm is very quick and responsive. It's not a loud cymbal, so it's best for lower volume gigs or recording. The antique black coating seems durable so far.

Beautiful craftsmanship

You can tell these are handmade. The hammering marks are visible and add to the aesthetic. Sonically, they are dark and complex. They pair wonderfully with ride cymbals for subtle accents.
