Perfect for improving reflexes
I bought this for my home gym and it has significantly improved my hand-eye coordination. The foam is soft enough not to hurt but firm enough to give good feedback on strikes.

Great tool for kids

Sturdy and well-made

Good for footwork drills
I primarily use this for foot targeting and agility drills. The length is perfect for simulating an opponent's reach. Took off one star because the grip could be slightly thicker.
