Durable and loud

This drum can take a beating. We use it for outdoor events and it holds up great against different weather conditions. The chrome finish still looks new after a season.

Decent but heavy

The sound quality is good, but it is a bit heavier than some modern composite drums. Might be tiring for younger students during very long marches.

Perfect for our high school band

Good starter marching snare

Excellent projection

The die-cast hoops really help with rim shots. The tone is bright and cuts through the rest of the brass section nicely. Highly recommend for community bands.

Great value for the price

Solid construction and looks professional. The included bag is a nice bonus. Only minor issue is that the tension rods needed a little tightening out of the box, but that's expected.
