Great tool, sturdy build
The wood handle feels very premium and the bristles are stiff enough to clean deep into the suede but not so hard that they scratch. Took off one star because the eraser wore down faster than expected on heavy mud stains.

Saved my favorite Birkenstocks!

Better than expensive sprays

Essential for winter boots

A: Yes, this brush is safe and effective on both genuine suede/nubuck and high-quality synthetic suede materials.
Q: How do I clean the brush itself after using it on muddy shoes?
A: Simply tap the brush firmly against a trash can or hard surface to dislodge dried mud and debris. For deeper cleaning, you can gently comb the bristles with a fine-tooth comb.
Q: What is the difference between the two sides of the brush?
A: One side features brass bristles designed to lift the nap and remove surface dirt, while the other side has rubber crepe bristles specifically for smoothing the texture and removing finer dust particles.
Q: Will this remove water stains completely?
A: For fresh water spots, brushing often removes them entirely. For older, set-in water rings, we recommend lightly dampening the area with a specialized suede cleaner before using the brush and eraser for best results.
Q: Is the eraser replaceable if it wears out?
A: The eraser block is integrated into the design and is not sold separately. However, one block typically lasts for several months of regular use depending on the severity of the stains being treated.
