Sturdy and reliable

Great value, slight learning curve
The BLS3 is compact and fits well on my desk. It took me a little while to get the tension right on the first try, but once dialed in, it runs smoothly. The differential feed is a lifesaver for jersey fabric.

Love the rolled hem feature

Good beginner serger
My first overlocker and I am impressed. The color-coded threading guides make setup much less intimidating than I expected. Only wish the waste bin was slightly larger, but that's a minor issue.

A: The Baby Lock BLS3 comes with a 25-year limited warranty on the chassis, 5 years on electrical components, and 1 year on labor and adjustments.
Q: Is the knife replaceable?
A: Absolutely. The upper and lower knives are replaceable parts. We recommend replacing them if they become dull to ensure clean fabric cutting.
Q: Does it come with a cover?
A: Yes, the package includes a soft dust cover to protect your machine when not in use.
Q: Can this machine handle heavy denim?
A: Yes, the Baby Lock BLS3 can sew through medium to heavy-weight denim, especially when using 3 or 4 threads. For very thick seams, we recommend slowing down the speed slightly.
Q: Can I do a blind hem with this model?
