Perfect for our chemical reactor setup
We installed these sensors on our metering tanks last month. The precision is outstanding, and the IP67 rating gives us peace of mind in our humid facility. Installation was straightforward with the provided manual.

Highly reliable for hopper weighing
Replaced our old sensors with these cantilever beams. The zero drift is negligible even after weeks of continuous operation. Excellent build quality and the nickel plating seems very durable.

Good accuracy for the price point
Using this for a mid-scale silo application. It meets our C3 accuracy requirements without breaking the budget. Delivery was fast, and the packaging protected the unit well during shipping.

Solid performance, minor cable stiffness
The load cell itself is very accurate and stable. My only small complaint is that the shielded cable is a bit stiff, making routing in tight spaces slightly difficult. Otherwise, great value for industrial use.

Great technical support and product
Had a question about wiring configuration for our specific PLC. The support team responded quickly with a detailed diagram. The sensor works flawlessly in our automated batching system.

Robust construction
These modules feel incredibly solid. We operate in a dusty environment, and the sealing has held up perfectly. The signal output is clean and consistent, reducing noise in our readings.
Q: Is this sensor compatible with standard 4-wire junction boxes?
A: Yes, this cantilever beam sensor uses a standard 4-wire configuration and is fully compatible with most industrial junction boxes and weight indicators.
Q: How do I mount this for a tank weighing application?
A: For tank applications, we recommend using three or four of these modules depending on the tank size. Ensure the mounting surface is flat and rigid, and use the included hardware to secure the base while allowing free vertical movement for the load column.
Q: What is the safe overload limit for this model?
A: The safe overload limit is typically 150% of the rated capacity (Emax), and the ultimate overload limit is 300%. Exceeding these limits may cause permanent damage.
Q: Can this be used outdoors in rainy conditions?
A: Absolutely. With an IP67 protection rating, the sensor is dust-tight and can withstand temporary immersion in water, making it suitable for outdoor installations.
Q: Do you provide calibration certificates with the purchase?
A: Standard units come with a factory test report. If you require an accredited calibration certificate, please select that option at checkout or contact our sales team before ordering.
