Best budget RTD module
Compared to other brands costing three times as much, this Lingzhi module performs just as well for general purpose monitoring. The accuracy is impressive for the cost.

Perfect for HVAC testing
I use this daily for checking air handler temperatures. The response time is quick enough for field work, and the long cable makes it easy to reach into ducts. Highly recommended.

Solid build quality
The stainless steel probe is robust and handles industrial environments well. I deducted one star because the USB cable could be a bit longer, but overall a great purchase.

Good sensor, software needs update
The hardware is solid and the probe feels durable. However, the software interface looks a bit dated on Windows 11. Functionality is all there though, and data logging works well.

Easy setup and reliable
Plug and play installation was very smooth. The graphing feature in the software helps visualize temperature trends instantly. No drivers needed to be installed manually.

Excellent precision for lab work
This PT100 module works flawlessly with the included host computer software. The readings are stable and match our calibrated reference thermometer within 0.1 degrees. Great value for the price.
Q: Can this module measure temperatures below zero?
A: Yes, the PT100/PT1000 sensor supports a measurement range starting from -50°C, making it suitable for freezer and cold storage applications.
Q: Is the software compatible with macOS?
A: Currently, the provided host computer software is designed specifically for Windows operating systems. It is not natively supported on macOS.
Q: Can I export the logged data to Excel?
A: Yes, the software allows you to export recorded temperature data directly to CSV format, which can be easily opened and analyzed in Microsoft Excel.
Q: What is the difference between PT100 and PT1000 modes?
A: PT100 has a resistance of 100 ohms at 0°C, while PT1000 has 1000 ohms. PT1000 is generally less affected by lead wire resistance, offering slightly better accuracy over long cables.
