Good value for industrial grade
Compared to other brands, this offers excellent specs for the price. The probe length is adequate for standard duct sizes. Calibration seems spot-on out of the box. Would recommend for any serious industrial setup.

Exceeded expectations
Bought this to replace a failing plastic sensor that couldn't handle the heat. The metal construction of the CJ6020 is a game changer. It handles the temperature spikes in our manufacturing line without any drift in readings.

Perfect for our HVAC upgrade
We installed six of these CJ6020 modules in our main ventilation ducts. The metal housing feels incredibly robust, and the 4-20mA signal is stable even with long cable runs. Installation was straightforward using the provided mounting flange.

Solid industrial sensor
Great build quality and accurate readings compared to our handheld calibrator. The only reason for 4 stars is that the documentation could be clearer regarding the wiring diagram for non-standard controllers, but once figured out, it works flawlessly.

Withstands harsh environments
Using this in a food processing facility where humidity is constantly high. The explosion-proof rating gives us peace of mind, and there has been zero corrosion on the metal casing after three months of operation.

Reliable data transmission
The response time is impressive. We needed real-time monitoring for our climate control system, and this transmitter updates quickly without lag. The high-temperature resistance is a bonus for our boiler room applications.
Q: Does this unit require external calibration?
A: No, the sensor is factory-calibrated. However, it features access points for field verification if your specific compliance standards require periodic checks.
Q: Is the probe length adjustable or fixed?
A: The CJ6020 comes with a fixed probe length of 200mm, which is suitable for most standard duct applications. Custom lengths can be requested for bulk orders.
Q: What is the thread size for the mounting connection?
A: The mounting flange uses a standard G1/2" thread connection, making it compatible with most industrial duct fittings and adapters.
Q: Can this be used in outdoor weather-exposed locations?
A: While the unit is IP65 rated and made of stainless steel, it is primarily designed for duct installation. For direct outdoor exposure to heavy rain or direct sunlight, we recommend adding a protective radiation shield.
Q: Is the output signal linear across the full range?
A: Yes, the 4-20mA output is fully linear corresponding to the configured temperature and humidity ranges, ensuring accurate integration with PLCs and SCADA systems.
