Solid performance for plant monitoring
Using this to monitor humidity levels in my small indoor greenhouse. It handles the moist environment well. Just ensure you coat the connections if using in very high humidity long-term.

Good sensor, sensitive threshold
The sensor detects humidity changes quickly. I had to adjust the potentiometer on the back to get the switching point exactly where I wanted it, but once set, it is very reliable.

Perfect for my weather station project
This HR202 module works flawlessly with my Arduino Uno. The digital output makes it very easy to read without needing complex analog conversion code. Great value for the price.

Works but needs careful calibration
The module works as described, but the default sensitivity was a bit too high out of the box. Took some time to tune the potentiometer correctly. Good for the price point though.

Easy to use for beginners
I am new to electronics and this was one of the first sensors I tried. The pinout is clearly labeled and there are plenty of tutorials online. It triggered my LED exactly when I breathed on it.
Q: How do I adjust the sensitivity of the humidity detection?
A: There is a small blue potentiometer on the back of the PCB. Use a small screwdriver to turn it clockwise or counter-clockwise while exposing the sensor to your target humidity level until the indicator LED toggles.
Q: Does this module provide an analog output value or just a digital switch?
A: This specific HR202 module provides a digital switch output (DO). It goes HIGH or LOW based on the humidity threshold you set with the onboard potentiometer. It does not provide a variable analog voltage proportional to humidity.
Q: What is the current consumption of this module?
A: The module typically consumes less than 20mA during operation. The exact current draw depends on the status of the output transistor and the indicator LED, making it suitable for battery-powered projects.
Q: Is this sensor waterproof or suitable for outdoor use?
