Exceeded expectations

Easy to integrate with Arduino
Plug and play with my Arduino Uno. The documentation online was helpful, and the module responded immediately to my test code. I'm using it for limit switching on a CNC axis, and it hasn't failed once.

Good value, works as expected
Solid sensor for the price. It detects magnetic pulses reliably for my wheel encoder setup. The only minor issue is that the included pins were a bit loose, but I replaced them easily. Overall, a great purchase.

Reliable industrial prototype component

Perfect for RPM monitoring

Great for university projects
Bought five of these for our final year engineering project involving motor speed control. They all worked perfectly out of the box. The LED indicator is very useful for debugging connections.
Q: What is the maximum current this module can handle?
A: The output pin is designed for logic-level signaling and should not source or sink more than 20mA. It is intended to connect to microcontroller GPIO pins, not to drive heavy loads directly.
Q: Does this come with connecting wires?
A: The standard package includes the PCB module and a set of header pins for soldering. Connecting wires are usually sold separately, but many users utilize standard jumper cables.
Q: Is the detection distance fixed or adjustable?
A: The detection distance is adjustable via the blue potentiometer on the PCB. You can tune it from approximately 2mm up to 20mm depending on the strength of the magnet used.
Q: Can this sensor detect non-magnetic materials?
A: No, this module relies on Hall effect or magnetic induction principles, so it requires a magnetic field or a magnet attached to the rotating object to generate a pulse.
Q: Can I use this outdoors in the rain?
A: This module is not waterproof or weather-sealed. If you plan to use it outdoors, you must house it in a protective enclosure to prevent moisture damage.
