Perfect for my air quality monitor project
This SGP30 module works flawlessly with my ESP32 setup. The I2C communication is stable, and the eCO2 readings seem quite accurate when compared to a reference meter. Great value for DIY enthusiasts.

Compact and reliable

Easy integration with Arduino

Exceeded my expectations

Good sensor, requires calibration time
The sensor provides consistent data after the initial burn-in period. Make sure to let it run for a few days in fresh air for the baseline to stabilize. Documentation could be slightly better, but overall a solid choice.

Solid performance for the price

Q: What is the expected lifespan of the heater element?
A: The integrated heater is designed for long-term operation. Under normal usage conditions within the specified voltage range, the sensor typically lasts for several years. Continuous operation within datasheet limits is recommended.
Q: Is there a library available for Raspberry Pi?
A: Yes, there are several Python libraries available for the Raspberry Pi that support the SGP30 via the I2C bus. You can find community-maintained packages on GitHub or use the official Sensirion drivers adapted for Linux.
