Great value for industrial grade
Searched for a cantilever beam sensor that could handle outdoor conditions without breaking the bank. This module exceeded expectations. The nickel plating seems very robust against corrosion.

High precision as advertised
Used this for a silo weighing project. The linearity and hysteresis specs are spot on. We compared it against calibrated weights and the deviation was negligible. Highly recommend for industrial automation projects.

Reliable but heavy duty
These load cells are built like tanks, which is great for durability. The signal output is very stable. I deducted one star only because the cable could be a bit longer for our specific setup, but extending it was easy enough.

Solid performance
Integration with our PLC was smooth. The 2.0 mV/V output is standard and works well with our amplifiers. Documentation was clear. Just ensure your mounting surface is perfectly level for best results.

Excellent support and product
Had a question about wiring configuration before purchase, and the team responded quickly. The sensor itself has been running 24/7 in our production line for two months with zero drift issues.

Perfect for our chemical tanks
We installed four of these modules on our reactor tank system last month. The precision is outstanding, and the IP68 rating gives us peace of mind in our humid environment. Installation was straightforward with the provided mounting hardware.
Q: Is this load cell suitable for use in explosive environments?
A: This specific model is IP68 rated for water and dust protection but does not carry an ATEX or IECEx certification for explosive atmospheres. Please contact us for our specialized hazardous area models if required.
Q: Does the package include mounting bolts?
A: Yes, each module comes with a complete mounting kit including high-tensile bolts, washers, and check rods to prevent overturning during installation.
Q: What is the recommended calibration interval?
A: For critical process control, we recommend annual calibration. However, depending on the severity of the operating environment and frequency of use, semi-annual verification may be beneficial.
Q: Can I connect multiple sensors to a single junction box?
A: Yes, these sensors are designed to be paralleled in a summing junction box for multi-point tank weighing systems. Ensure all sensors have identical specifications and cable lengths for optimal performance.
Q: What is the maximum side load this cantilever beam can withstand?
A: The module is designed primarily for vertical force measurement. While it has some inherent side load rejection, we recommend keeping side loads below 10% of the rated capacity to maintain accuracy and prevent mechanical damage.
