Perfect for micro-force applications

Great value, minor wiring note
The sensor performs exactly as described regarding accuracy. Just note that the wire colors differ slightly from some Western standards, so double-check the datasheet before connecting. Otherwise, a solid product.

Excellent precision for our testing rig
We integrated the LCZ-201A into our material testing setup and the readings are incredibly stable. The pre-stressed design eliminated any zero-drift issues we had with previous sensors. Highly recommended for lab environments.

Solved our measurement inconsistency
Previous sensors gave us fluctuating data under tension. The LCZ-201A's pre-stressed mechanism fixed the hysteresis problem immediately. Very satisfied with the technical performance.

Robust build quality
Used this in a compression application for a small automated press. The alloy steel construction feels very durable, and the IP65 rating gives us confidence in our slightly dusty workshop environment.

A: With an IP65 rating, the sensor is protected against dust and water jets, making it suitable for sheltered outdoor use. However, for prolonged exposure to heavy rain or submersion, additional protective housing is recommended.
Q: Does this sensor come with a mounting kit?
A: The LCZ-201A typically includes standard threading adapters, but specific mounting brackets may need to be purchased separately depending on your application setup. Please check the package contents list upon arrival.
Q: What is the safe overload limit for this model?
A: The safe overload limit is generally 150% of the rated capacity (RC), and the ultimate overload limit is 200% RC. Exceeding these limits may cause permanent damage to the strain gauges.
Q: Do you provide a calibration certificate with this unit?
A: Yes, each LCZ-201A unit ships with a factory calibration report detailing sensitivity, non-linearity, and hysteresis data. Individual traceable certificates are available upon request for an additional fee.
Q: Is the output signal compatible with standard Arduino boards?
A: The raw mV/V output requires an instrumentation amplifier (like HX711) to be readable by an Arduino. The sensor itself does not have a built-in digital interface, but it works perfectly with common amplifier modules.
