Good value for industrial use
Solid build quality and accurate readings. We use them for a grain hopper scale. Only giving 4 stars because the cable could be a bit longer, but otherwise, it works great for the price.

Sturdy construction
The alloy steel feels very heavy-duty. We are weighing liquid ingredients, and the cantilever design handles the shifting load center well. Delivery was faster than expected too.

Reliable and robust
Been using these in a dusty factory environment for three months now. The IP67 rating holds up well. No drift in measurements and the nickel plating shows no signs of corrosion yet.

Great support and product
Had a question about mounting torque before installation. The support team responded quickly with the exact specs. The modules themselves are performing flawlessly in our batching system.

Perfect for our chemical tank
We installed four of these modules under a mixing reactor tank. The installation was straightforward thanks to the pre-assembled module design. Reading stability is excellent even with minor vibrations from the mixer.

Easy integration
Connected easily to our existing junction box and indicator. The sensitivity matches our old system perfectly, so we didn't need to recalibrate the entire software logic. Highly recommended.
Q: Can I connect multiple modules to a single weight indicator?
A: Absolutely. You can connect multiple modules in parallel using a summing junction box to ensure proper signal combination and corner adjustment for multi-point weighing systems.
Q: Can this module be used outdoors in rainy conditions?
A: Yes, the module has an IP67 protection rating, making it suitable for outdoor use and resistant to dust and temporary immersion in water.
Q: Is calibration certificate included with the factory direct sales?
A: A standard factory test report is included with every unit. If you require an accredited third-party calibration certificate, please contact us prior to ordering for an additional fee.
Q: What is the maximum safe overload limit before permanent damage occurs?
A: The safe overload limit is 150% of the rated capacity (1.5 tons). Exceeding the ultimate overload limit of 300% may cause permanent deformation or failure.
Q: Does this come with the mounting bolts and hardware?
A: Yes, the kit includes the load cell module, base plate, top plate, and all necessary high-strength mounting bolts and washers for immediate installation.
