Great value for industrial use

Perfect for our chemical reactor setup
We installed four of these modules on a new reactor vessel. The installation was straightforward, and the readings have been incredibly stable despite some vibration in the plant. Highly recommended for industrial weighing.

Robust build quality
The alloy steel construction feels very durable. We are using them for a grain hopper. The only reason for 4 stars is that the cable could be a bit longer for our specific layout, but extensions worked fine.

Reliable and sturdy
These load cells have been running 24/7 in a dusty environment for six months with zero issues. The nickel plating seems to hold up well against corrosion.

A: While primarily designed for static or quasi-static weighing in hoppers and bins, they can handle mild dynamic forces. For high-speed dynamic weighing, please contact our engineering team for specific advice.
Q: Do you provide mounting hardware with the module?
A: The load cell module includes the necessary mounting plates and bolts for standard cantilever beam installation. Please refer to the datasheet for torque specifications.
Q: What is the maximum excitation voltage these can handle?
A: The recommended excitation voltage range is 5-15 V DC. Exceeding 15 V may damage the internal strain gauges.
Q: Is calibration certificate included upon purchase?
A: Yes, each unit ships with an individual factory calibration certificate traceable to national standards.
