Excellent value for money
Compared to other brands we have used, these offer similar performance at a better price point. They have been running 24/7 in our facility for three weeks without any drift or issues.

Fast shipping and great product
Arrived well-packaged with all necessary mounting hardware instructions. The sensor output is consistent, and the IP67 rating gives us confidence for outdoor silo applications.

Reliable and robust
Great build quality. The nickel plating seems to hold up well against minor corrosion. I deducted one star only because the cable length could be a bit longer for our specific setup, but an extension solved that easily.

Solid industrial sensor
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. The S-type design fits perfectly into our existing tension/compression setups. Documentation was clear and helpful for the wiring diagram.

High precision as advertised
Replaced our old load cells with these Lingxi units. The difference in measurement stability is noticeable, especially when dealing with small incremental additions during batching. Highly recommended for industrial use.

Perfect for our concrete batching plant
We installed four of these sensors on our new hopper scale last month. The installation was straightforward thanks to the standard threading, and the calibration process was smooth. The readings are stable even in dusty conditions.
Q: What is the maximum safe overload limit for this sensor?
A: The safe overload limit is typically 150% of the rated capacity (7.5 tons for the 5T model), and the ultimate overload limit is 300%. However, consistent operation above rated capacity is not recommended.
Q: Can I use this with a standard 24V PLC system?
A: Absolutely. The sensor operates within an excitation voltage range of 5-15V DC. You will need a signal conditioner or transmitter to interface the mV output with your 24V PLC input module.
Q: How often does this sensor require recalibration?
A: For critical batching applications, we recommend annual recalibration. However, frequency may vary based on usage intensity and local regulatory requirements for trade approval.
Q: Does the package include the mounting nuts and washers?
A: Yes, each unit comes complete with hardened steel mounting nuts, spherical washers, and flat washers required for proper installation and alignment.
Q: Is this load cell suitable for outdoor silo weighing in rainy conditions?
A: Yes, the LX-S-Type features an IP67 protection rating, making it dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion in water, which is ideal for outdoor industrial environments.
