Solid build quality
The steel construction feels very robust. We are using this in a chemical reactor environment, and the IP67 rating has held up well against occasional splashes. Deducted one star only because the manual could be more detailed.

Perfect for our grain silo upgrade
We installed four of these modules on our 3-ton grain silo. The installation was straightforward, and the readings are incredibly stable even with wind interference. Highly recommend for agricultural storage.

Good performance for the price
Using this for a small concrete batch plant. It handles the dynamic loading well. The signal noise is low, which makes integration with our PLC very easy. Would buy again.

Excellent support and product
Had a question about mounting brackets before purchase. The team responded quickly. The sensor itself works flawlessly in our powder mixing hopper. No drift observed after two months of continuous use.

Durable in harsh conditions
Our facility has a lot of dust and vibration. These cantilever beams have proven to be very durable. The nickel plating shows no signs of corrosion yet. A solid choice for heavy industry.
Q: How often does this sensor require recalibration?
A: We recommend annual calibration for standard industrial use to maintain C3 accuracy. However, in high-vibration or extreme temperature environments, semi-annual checks are advisable.
Q: Can this sensor be used outdoors in rainy conditions?
A: Yes, the Lijing Silo Weighing Sensor has an IP67 protection rating, making it fully protected against dust and capable of withstanding temporary immersion in water, suitable for outdoor use.
Q: What is the maximum capacity available for this specific model?
A: This specific listing covers a range from 100kg up to 5 tons (5000kg). Please select the specific capacity option that matches your silo or reactor requirements at checkout.
Q: Does this come with a mounting kit?
A: The package includes the load cell module and connection cable. Mounting hardware such as bolts and specific check rods may need to be sourced separately depending on your existing silo structure.
Q: Is the output signal compatible with standard PLCs?
A: Yes, the standard 2.0 mV/V analog output is compatible with most industrial weight transmitters and PLC analog input modules that support strain gauge inputs.
