Perfect for our grain silo project
We installed four of these modules on a new 3-ton grain silo. The installation was straightforward thanks to the hook design, and the readings have been stable since day one. Highly recommended for agricultural storage.

Robust build quality
The steel construction feels very solid and durable. We are using it in a dusty factory environment, and the IP65 rating seems to be holding up well. Only giving 4 stars because the cable could be a bit longer.

Solid performer
Been running this for three months now on a water treatment tank. No issues with corrosion or signal loss. The S-type design fits our existing rigging perfectly.

Accurate and reliable
Replaced an old sensor with this Lijing module. The accuracy is impressive even with slight vibrations from nearby machinery. It handles the full 2-ton load of our chemical tank without any drift.

Great value for industrial use
For the price point, you cannot beat the performance. We use these for suspended hopper weighing in our packaging line. They calibrate quickly and maintain zero stability effectively.

Easy integration
Connected easily to our standard weight indicator. The output signal is clean and consistent. Support team was also helpful when I had questions about the wiring diagram.
Q: Can I use this with a 24V power supply?
A: The recommended excitation voltage is between 5V and 15V DC. Using a 24V supply directly may damage the load cell; please use a regulator or a compatible indicator that provides the correct voltage.
Q: How often does this need recalibration?
A: We recommend annual calibration for standard industrial use. However, if the sensor is subjected to extreme loads or harsh environmental changes, more frequent checks may be necessary.
Q: Is this module suitable for outdoor use in rainy conditions?
A: Yes, the Lijing 101m features an IP65 protection rating, making it resistant to dust and water jets, which is suitable for most outdoor industrial environments.
Q: Does this come with the mounting shackles?
A: Yes, the package includes the necessary hook attachments and shackles required for immediate suspended installation.
Q: What is the maximum safe overload capacity?
A: The sensor can typically withstand up to 150% of its rated capacity without permanent damage, but we recommend staying within the specified 5kg-5t range for optimal accuracy and longevity.
