Reliable in harsh environments
Using these on outdoor silos exposed to dust and varying temperatures. The IP rating holds up well, and we haven't seen any drift in the weight measurements over the last six months. Highly recommended for industrial weighing.

Solid performance
We replaced old sensors with these Lijing modules. The improvement in stability is noticeable, especially when filling the tank rapidly. The cantilever design makes maintenance easier if ever needed. Good product overall.

Robust build quality
The sensor feels very solid and well-made. Installation took a bit longer than expected due to the strict wiring requirements for Ex zones, but the product itself performs excellently. Deducting one star only because the manual could be more detailed regarding mounting torque.

Great value for certified equipment
Finding affordable explosion-proof load cells that actually carry valid certifications is difficult. These modules met all our safety compliance checks without issue. The signal output is clean and integrates well with our existing PLC system.

Perfect for our chemical storage tanks
We installed four of these modules on a 3-ton reactor vessel. The explosion-proof certification gave us the confidence we needed for our hazardous zone installation. Calibration was straightforward, and the readings have been stable since day one.
Q: Can this be used for dynamic weighing or only static applications?
A: The FWC series is primarily designed for static weighing applications such as silos and tanks. While it can handle some movement during filling, it is not optimized for high-speed dynamic conveyor weighing.
Q: Does this module come with the necessary ATEX certification documents?
A: Yes, every unit ships with a full copy of the EC Type Examination Certificate and conformity declaration suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 21 environments.
Q: Do you offer a 5t version with a stainless steel housing option?
A: The standard model features alloy steel with nickel plating. We do offer a custom stainless steel variant for highly corrosive environments, but it requires a special order with a lead time of approximately 4 weeks.
Q: Is the cable gland included in the package?
A: Yes, the package includes one certified explosion-proof cable gland compatible with the 5-meter shielded cable provided. Please ensure you use proper sealing compound during installation.
Q: What is the maximum side load this cantilever beam can withstand?
A: The sensor can tolerate side loads up to 50% of the rated capacity without permanent deformation, though we recommend using check rods or limit stops for optimal accuracy and longevity.
