Essential component for robotics
Needed a force sensor for a robotic gripper. This module made integration simple. The library support for ESP32 is robust, and the readings are consistent even with slight voltage fluctuations.

Reliable and Stable
I've tested several HX711 boards from different sellers, and this ZY-HX710B version is very stable. Noise levels are low, and it handles the full range of the included weight sensor well without drifting.

Perfect for DIY Scale Projects
This kit arrived quickly and worked straight out of the box. The HX711 module is easy to interface with my Arduino Uno. I built a small kitchen scale prototype in under an hour. Great value for the price.

Good accuracy, clear documentation
Used this for a university sensor project. The 24-bit resolution provides excellent stability once calibrated. The only reason for 4 stars is that the included load cell wires were a bit short for my specific enclosure, but that's a minor issue.

Professional grade performance
Excellent build quality on the PCB. Soldering points are clean, and the component layout is logical. I am using this in a custom inventory monitoring system, and it has been running 24/7 without issues.
Q: What is the maximum weight capacity of the included load cell?
A: The standard load cell included in this specific kit is typically rated for 1kg or 5kg depending on the batch. Please check the label on the physical sensor upon arrival or contact us for a specific capacity request before shipping.
Q: Does this come with sample code for Raspberry Pi?
A: While the physical kit includes hardware, we provide a GitHub link in the product manual that contains Python libraries and example scripts specifically for Raspberry Pi GPIO integration.
Q: How do I switch between 10Hz and 80Hz sampling rates?
A: The sampling rate is controlled by the PD_SCK pin. Pulling the pin low after a certain number of clock cycles selects channel A at 10SPS or 80SPS. Detailed timing diagrams are available in the HX711 datasheet linked in our description.
Q: Is the load cell pre-calibrated?
A: No, load cells require calibration for your specific application and setup. You will need to use known weights to calculate the calibration factor in your software code to ensure accurate readings.
Q: Can this module be used with a 3.3V microcontroller like the ESP8266?
A: Yes, the HX711 operates within a voltage range of 2.6V to 5.5V, so it is fully compatible with 3.3V logic systems like the ESP8266 and ESP32.
