Good precision, requires calibration
As expected with any load cell amplifier, you need to spend time calibrating it for your specific load cell. Once calibrated, the precision is amazing. Documentation could be more detailed.

Industry standard for a reason
The HX711 is a classic for a reason. This breakout board makes it easy to integrate. The selectable gain options are very useful for different weight ranges.

Perfect for DIY Scale Projects

Great value, minor wiring confusion
The sensor itself is excellent and very sensitive. I deducted one star because the pin labeling on the board is slightly small, making it hard to read without a magnifier. Otherwise, performance is top-notch.

Reliable for student projects
We bought ten of these for our robotics club. Every single unit worked out of the box. The noise cancellation is impressive even in a busy workshop environment.
