High precision, robust build
Great sensor for our compression testing rig. The alloy steel construction feels very durable. I deducted one star only because the cable length was slightly shorter than expected, but electrically it performs flawlessly.

Good response time
Used this for a dynamic weighing application. The response time is quick enough for our conveyor belt sorting system. Setup was easy with our standard junction box.

Reliable in harsh environments
The IP67 rating is no joke. We have these installed in a semi-outdoor environment where they get exposed to dust and occasional rain. No issues with corrosion or signal drift so far.

Consistent performance across batch

Excellent value for money
Compared to other brands we have used, the Dayang 102 offers similar accuracy at a much better price point. We use them in our hopper scales and they have maintained calibration for over six months.

Perfect for industrial tank weighing
We installed four of these load cells under a chemical storage tank. The installation was straightforward, and the zero balance was spot on right out of the box. The signal is very stable even with minor vibrations in the factory.
Q: Do you provide a calibration certificate with each unit?
A: Yes, every unit ships with a factory test report detailing sensitivity, non-linearity, and hysteresis data. Individual accredited calibration certificates are available for an additional fee.
Q: Can this sensor be used for tension applications as well as compression?
A: Yes, the Model 102 is a universal spoke-type design rated for both tension and compression forces, making it versatile for hanging scales or platform scales.
Q: Does this load cell come with mounting hardware included?
A: The standard package includes the load cell and a connection cable. Mounting bolts and base plates are sold separately to accommodate various installation configurations.
Q: What is the thread size for the loading buttons?
A: The standard threading for the loading buttons on the 102 series is M12x1.75, but custom threading options are available upon request for large orders.
Q: Is the output compatible with standard 4-20mA transmitters?
A: The load cell itself outputs an analog mV/V signal. To get a 4-20mA output, you will need to connect it to a separate weight transmitter or amplifier module.
