Works but needs careful calibration
The sensor functions correctly, but it required several attempts to calibrate properly with my existing circuit board. Once set up, it holds the weight well.

Good value for money
Solid build quality for the price. It handles the 50kg range well without drifting. Only giving 4 stars because the cable could be a bit longer for some custom setups.

Reliable for DIY projects
I used this for a custom shipping scale project. The output signal is consistent and it pairs well with standard HX711 modules. Highly recommended for hobbyists.

Perfect replacement part
This sensor worked perfectly as a replacement for my broken handheld scale. The wiring was straightforward and the calibration was stable immediately after installation.
Q: Can this be used outdoors in the rain?
A: While it has an IP65 rating which protects against dust and water jets, we recommend avoiding prolonged submersion or exposure to heavy storms for optimal longevity.
Q: What is the exact wire color coding for this module?
A: The standard wiring is: Red (E+), Black (E-), Green (A+), and White (A-). Please verify with your specific scale manual as variations can occur.
Q: Does this come with mounting screws?
A: No, this package includes only the sensor module and the attached cable. Mounting hardware must be sourced separately based on your specific scale housing.
Q: Is this sensor compatible with HX711 amplifier modules?
A: Yes, the CZL-U sensor is fully compatible with standard HX711 amplifier modules commonly used in DIY electronic scale projects.
Q: What is the minimum weight this can accurately measure?
A: For best accuracy, we recommend a minimum weight of at least 200 grams. Measurements below this threshold may show higher variance due to the 50kg capacity range.
