Perfect for our fishing vessel
We installed three of these on our commercial boat last month. The signal is stable even in rough seas, and the stainless steel housing shows no signs of corrosion yet. Highly recommended for marine use.

Good value for industrial grade
Works exactly as described. The 4-20mA output integrates perfectly with our PLC. Slightly bulky for tight spaces, but the durability makes up for it.

Solid performance, easy wiring
The M12 connector made installation a breeze. Accuracy seems spot on when compared to our lab standards. Only giving 4 stars because the manual could be more detailed regarding calibration steps.

Reliable in harsh conditions
Used this for a saltwater pump monitoring system. It has been running 24/7 for two months without any drift or failure. The IP67 rating is legitimate.

Standard for our new builds
We have started specifying this model for all our new yacht electrical systems. Consistent quality from SenShe Electronics. No issues so far across five installations.
Q: Is this sensor compatible with 24V DC systems commonly found on larger boats?
A: Yes, the CHS-50VD/SP1 supports an input voltage range of 12V to 36V DC, making it fully compatible with standard 24V marine electrical systems.
Q: Does this come with the mounting screws and gasket?
A: Yes, the package includes the sensor module, a rubber gasket for watertight sealing, and a set of stainless steel mounting screws.
Q: Is calibration required before first use?
A: The sensor comes pre-calibrated from the factory. However, we recommend verifying the zero-point reading after installation to ensure optimal accuracy for your specific setup.
Q: Can this be used in freshwater applications as well?
A: Absolutely. While designed with marine saltwater environments in mind, the IP67 rating and materials make it excellent for freshwater, industrial, and automotive applications too.
Q: What is the warranty period for this item?
A: SenShe Electronics provides a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for this model.
