Perfect for Arduino Heart Rate Projects

Excellent integration with ESP32

Good signal, needs careful wiring
The AD8232 chip performs well, but you need to ensure your ground connection is solid to avoid noise. Once I improved the shielding on my test rig, the heartbeat detection became very accurate. Recommended for intermediate makers.

Solid performance for the price
For the cost, you really can't beat this module. It's not medical grade certified, so don't use it for diagnosis, but for tracking heart rate trends in a DIY smartwatch, it is perfect.
