Great for under-hood sensors
Used these to mount some sensors in my car engine bay. They handle the heat well enough for my needs and don't rattle loose due to vibration. Would buy again.

Smooth finish and clean look
The countersunk head sits flush against the surface beautifully. No rough edges on the plastic, and the black finish is consistent across all pieces in the bag.

Complete kit saves time
Love that this comes with the matching nuts and washers. It saved me a trip to the hardware store trying to find compatible plastic hardware. The Phillips head grips well.

Good quality, slightly soft
The insulation properties are great, but you have to be careful not to overtighten them as the plastic can strip if you use too much torque. Overall, a solid set for non-structural applications.

Perfect for my electronics project
These nylon screws are exactly what I needed for mounting a circuit board where metal screws would cause a short. The included washers and nuts fit perfectly, and the black color looks very professional.

Excellent corrosion resistance
I used these in a humid environment where steel screws would rust within weeks. After three months, these nylon screws still look brand new and hold tight. Highly recommended.
Q: What is the maximum torque rating for these screws?
A: We do not recommend using a torque wrench for plastic screws. Please hand-tighten until snug. Overtightening can strip the threads or crack the head.
Q: Can these withstand contact with battery acid?
A: PA66 nylon generally has good chemical resistance, but we cannot guarantee performance against concentrated battery acid. Please consult the chemical compatibility chart in the product manual.
Q: Is the nut also made of nylon or is it metal?
A: The entire set, including the screw, nut, and flat washer, is made from insulated PA66 nylon plastic to ensure full electrical isolation.
Q: Do these come in different sizes?
A: This specific listing is for a fixed size set. However, we offer various metric and imperial sizes in our store. Please check the 'Related Products' section for other dimensions.
Q: Are these screws suitable for outdoor use in direct sunlight?
A: While PA66 nylon has good weather resistance, prolonged exposure to direct UV sunlight may eventually cause brittleness. For long-term outdoor use, we recommend UV-stabilized variants or protective coating.
