Best tool for deep roots
This German-style tool is incredibly sturdy. I used it to remove dandelions with long taproots, and it lifted them out cleanly without breaking the stem. The manganese steel feels very durable.

Great leverage, slightly heavy
The V-shape design provides excellent leverage for digging up weeds. It is a bit heavier than my old plastic weeder, but that weight helps drive it into hard soil easily.

Indestructible feel

Perfect for wild vegetables

The build quality is fantastic, but the head is a bit narrow for larger weeds. It works best on standard garden weeds rather than thick brush. Still a solid purchase.
