Great value for the price
Works well on stubborn algae. It took two doses to completely clear my large pool, but considering the price compared to big box stores, it's still a great deal.

Saved my summer party

The product works, but you definitely need to brush the pool walls thoroughly before and after application. Don't expect it to work magically without physical effort.

Crystal clear water in 24 hours!
My pool turned green after a heavy storm. I added this algaecide as directed, ran the pump overnight, and woke up to perfectly clear blue water. Highly recommend for quick results.
Q: How much do I need for a 20,000-gallon pool?
A: For a standard green water treatment, use 1 quart per 10,000 gallons. For a 20,000-gallon pool, you will need 2 quarts (half a gallon).
Q: What is the shelf life if I don't use the whole bottle?
A: If stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight with the cap tightly sealed, the product remains effective for up to 24 months.
Q: Does this foam when poured into the water?
A: This formula is low-foaming. However, if your return jets are pointed above the water line, you may see some temporary bubbling which will dissipate quickly.
Q: Is this safe to use with a saltwater chlorination system?
A: Yes, Chile Swimming Pool Algaecide is fully compatible with saltwater pools, chlorine systems, and bromine sanitizers.
Q: Can I swim immediately after adding this algaecide?
A: For best results and safety, we recommend waiting at least 4 to 6 hours after application before swimming, ensuring the chemical has fully circulated.
