No more squeegee marks
Using these as an alternative to squeegees works surprisingly well. My fingers are sensitive enough to feel the film edge without scratching the emulsion.

Good value for bulk box
Bought the box of 100 for my photography club. Everyone loves the textured fingertips. One star off because the box packaging was slightly crushed on arrival, but gloves were fine.

Great durability
I use these for mixing large batches of fixer and they hold up well. They are slightly thicker than standard exam gloves, which I appreciate for chemical resistance.

Perfect for my home darkroom
These gloves are a game changer. The grip is excellent even when wet with developer, and I feel much safer handling chemicals without worrying about splashes.

Essential safety gear
If you are developing film regularly, you need these. The acid resistance gives me peace of mind, and they fit true to size.

Superior chemical protection
I switched from latex due to allergies and these nitrile gloves are fantastic. No reaction and they don't degrade when exposed to stop bath solutions.
Q: How do these compare to using a rubber squeegee for drying film?
A: Many users prefer these gloves as they allow for a gentler touch, reducing the risk of micro-scratches that hard rubber squeegees can sometimes cause. It also eliminates the need to clean a squeegee blade between rolls.
Q: Are these gloves suitable for handling concentrated sulfuric acid?
A: While these gloves offer strong acid and alkali resistance for standard photographic chemicals like developers and fixers, we do not recommend them for handling highly concentrated industrial acids like pure sulfuric acid without additional safety measures.
Q: Are these gloves latex-free?
A: Yes, these are made from 100% nitrile rubber and are completely latex-free, making them safe for users with latex allergies.
Q: What sizes are available in this listing?
A: This specific listing is for Medium size. We also carry Small, Large, and Extra Large in separate product listings on our store page.
Q: Can I reuse these gloves multiple times during a session?
A: Yes, as long as they are not punctured or heavily contaminated, you can rinse them thoroughly with water between steps and reuse them during the same developing session.
