Excellent SDK for custom integration

Great hardware, software learning curve

Plug and play simplicity
I am not very tech-savvy, but this was incredibly easy to install. Just plug in the USB, connect the phone lines, and it starts recording. The ability to expand storage with an SD card is a huge plus.

Reliable and compact
Does exactly what it says. Four channels recording independently with no cross-talk. The unit stays cool even after running 24/7 for a week. Would give 5 stars if the manual had more troubleshooting tips.

A: The basic SDK is included with your purchase at no extra cost. It allows for custom integration and data retrieval. Enterprise-level support packages are available separately if needed.
Q: What is the maximum capacity for the SD card expansion?
A: The device supports SD cards up to 128GB. We recommend using Class 10 or higher speed cards to ensure smooth writing of high-quality audio files across all four channels.
Q: Does the pop-up screen work if the connected PC is turned off or in sleep mode?
A: The pop-up screen displays real-time line status independently of the PC state as long as the device is receiving power via USB. However, detailed call statistics require the PC software to be active.
Q: Is this compatible with VoIP systems or only traditional analog phone lines?
