Good value for 4-line recording
Does exactly what it says. The call pop-up window is helpful for our receptionists to see who is calling before they answer. Only wish the casing was metal instead of plastic for better durability.

Great hardware, documentation could be better
The recording quality is crystal clear on all four channels. I managed to integrate it into our Python-based monitoring tool within a day. However, the English translation in the developer manual had a few confusing sections regarding error codes.

Stable and low latency
Tested this under heavy load for 48 hours straight. Zero dropped packets or recording gaps. The ability to access each channel independently via the API makes secondary development very straightforward.
Q: Is the SDK compatible with .NET Core?
A: Yes, our SDK includes wrappers compatible with .NET Core and .NET 5/6. You can find the specific DLLs and sample projects in the 'Developers' folder on the included USB drive or our download portal.
Q: Does the call pop-up work if the caller ID is blocked?
A: If the caller intentionally blocks their ID (shows as 'Anonymous' or 'Private'), the pop-up will still appear but will display 'Unknown Caller' instead of a phone number. The audio recording will still function normally.
Q: Can I retrieve recordings remotely over the network?
A: The device itself stores data on the connected PC's hard drive. Remote access depends on your PC's network configuration and the custom software you develop using our SDK to expose those files or stream them.
Q: What happens if the computer goes to sleep?
A: Recording will pause if the host computer enters sleep mode. We recommend configuring your Windows power settings to keep the system awake and hard drives running during operational hours.
Q: Does this device work with VoIP systems or only analog lines?
A: This specific model is designed primarily for analog telephone lines (PSTN). For pure VoIP recording, we recommend checking our network-based recording solutions, though this can record the analog output of an ATA adapter.
