Compared to other VoIP solutions, this hardware-based approach feels more stable. Recording playback is instant and easy to share with supervisors.

Solid hardware, good recording quality
Call clarity is excellent even in noisy office environments. The only minor issue is that the initial driver installation took a bit longer than expected on Windows 11.
Q: Does this device work with Mac computers?
A: Currently, the Shunhan software client is designed specifically for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. It is not compatible with macOS at this time.
Q: Is there a monthly subscription fee for the software?
A: No, the purchase of the hardware includes a lifetime license for the basic software features. There are no recurring monthly fees.
Q: Can I export the call recordings to an external server automatically?
A: Yes, the software includes a feature to automatically back up recordings to a specified network folder or FTP server at scheduled intervals.
Q: How many simultaneous calls can this device handle?
A: This specific model supports one active call at a time per SIM slot. With dual SIMs, you can manage two lines, but only one conversation can occur simultaneously unless you purchase our multi-port enterprise version.
Q: Does it support importing contacts from Google Sheets?
A: You can export your Google Sheet as a CSV file and then import it directly into our customer management module. Direct live sync with Google Sheets is not currently supported.
