Reliable but interface could be modernized

Finding specific calls by date, time, or extension is incredibly fast. The ability to download recordings directly via the network share saves our compliance team hours of work every week.
Q: What happens if the hard drive reaches full capacity?
A: The system features a loop recording mode. When the drive is full, it automatically overwrites the oldest recordings first, ensuring continuous operation without manual intervention.
Q: Can I mix analog and digital phone lines with this unit?
A: The standard SOC1900S modules are designed primarily for analog PSTN lines. For digital ISDN or VoIP SIP trunk recording, please contact us to confirm compatibility with specific gateway modules or alternative models.
