A: This handler is designed primarily for traditional fixed-line PSTN connections. While it can interface with some VoIP adapters via RJ11, optimal performance is guaranteed on standard landlines.

A: Yes, the device captures and displays the incoming landline number immediately upon ring detection, allowing agents to verify the source before answering.
Q: Is there a limit to how many concurrent calls can be transferred?
A: Each unit handles one active call line. For multiple concurrent transfers, multiple units can be daisy-chained or managed centrally through our enterprise server solution.
