Perfect for small business records
This device does exactly what it promises. Setup was incredibly easy, and I love that I don't need a computer running 24/7 to capture calls. The sound quality is clear enough to hear every detail of the conversation.

Easy to retrieve files
Pulling the SD card out to listen on my laptop is very convenient. The file naming convention makes it easy to sort through recordings by date and time.

No computer needed is a huge plus
Finally, a recorder that doesn't rely on software that crashes. It just sits there and works. The voice activation feature saves a lot of storage space by skipping silent periods.

Great value, simple interface
I bought this for my home office to keep track of client calls. The menu is intuitive, and transferring files from the SD card is fast. Only giving 4 stars because the manual could be slightly more detailed regarding advanced settings.
Q: Does it record both sides of the conversation automatically?
A: Yes, once connected properly between the wall jack and your telephone, it automatically records both incoming and outgoing voices without any additional configuration.
Q: What is the maximum SD card capacity supported?
A: The Arteck AR100/AR120 supports SD cards up to 32GB. Please note that the SD card is not included in the package.
Q: Can I listen to recordings directly on the device?
A: Yes, the device features a built-in speaker and an LCD screen that allows you to browse, play, and manage recordings directly without removing the SD card.
Q: Does this device work with VoIP phone systems?
A: This device is designed specifically for standard analog landline phones. It may not be compatible with digital VoIP systems without an analog telephone adapter (ATA).
