Perfect fit for our hydraulic press

Good quality, fast shipping

Excellent wear resistance
We have been using these bushings in high-friction environments for three months now. There is virtually no wear visible yet. The oil-impregnated design works exactly as advertised.
Q: What is the tolerance range for the inner diameter?
A: The standard tolerance for the inner diameter is H7/H8 depending on the specific batch. Please contact us if you require tighter precision tolerances for your project.
Q: Do I need to add extra grease during installation?
A: No, the SF1-4050 is self-lubricating due to the PTFE layer and oil impregnation. Adding external grease is generally unnecessary unless specified for extreme conditions.
Q: Can you cut these to a custom length?

Q: Is this product compatible with stainless steel shafts?
A: Yes, these composite bearings work excellently with hardened carbon steel and stainless steel shafts, providing low friction and preventing galling.
Q: Can these bearings be used in underwater applications?
A: While they are oil-impregnated, prolonged submersion may wash out the lubricant over time. They are best suited for dry or occasionally wet environments, not continuous underwater use.
