Great value, sturdy build

Very similar to the ones sold in high-end supermarkets but at a fraction of the price. It handles pumpkin skin easily. I took off one star because you have to be careful not to soak the wooden handle in water.

Good but requires care

The steel quality is excellent and very sharp. However, the wood handle started to look a bit dry after a few weeks. Make sure to oil it occasionally to keep it looking new.

Perfect for tough skins!
