Perfect localization

Finally, a Donkey Kong game with proper Chinese subtitles and menus. The Japanese version works perfectly on my console. The multiplayer mode is chaotic fun with friends.

Best Platformer of the Year

The level design is ingenious. Every stage feels unique, and the boss battles are challenging without being unfair. The cartridge arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Great nostalgia trip

Love the updated levels and the new power-ups. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that some of the mini-games feel a bit too easy compared to the classic difficulty. Still highly recommended.

Absolutely Stunning on Switch 2

The graphics are a massive leap forward from the original Wii version. The banana collecting mechanics feel smoother, and the frame rate is rock solid. Having full Chinese support is a huge plus for my family.

Showcase for Switch 2 Hardware

This game really shows what the new console can do. The lighting effects on the jungle stages are incredible. Audio is crisp, and the controller haptics add a lot to the experience.

Good but short

The game is fun and looks amazing, but I finished the main story in about 6 hours. I wish there were more end-game challenges to keep me coming back.
