Durable and reliable
We have been running these in a high-vibration environment for three months now with zero wear visible. The flange design makes installation very secure.

A: The inner diameter is precision-machined to 16mm. For proper fit and longevity, we recommend using a shaft with an h6 or h7 tolerance class close to 16mm.
Q: What is the maximum operating temperature for this copper alloy?
A: This specific copper-graphite composite can safely operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C up to +250°C without losing structural integrity.
Q: Does this bushing require regular greasing or oiling?
A: No, the MPTZ-16-20-25 features embedded solid graphite plugs that provide self-lubrication throughout its lifespan, making it completely oil-free.
Q: Is the flange removable if I don't need it?
