Perfect replacement for my Vyper
My original hotend started clogging frequently after a year of use. This kit was a direct fit for my Anycubic Vyper. The temperature stability is excellent, and prints are coming out smooth again. Highly recommended for anyone needing an upgrade or repair.

No more heat creep!
I was suffering from heat creep issues with my old setup. This assembly has better cooling airflow design, and the problem is completely gone. Prints look crisp and detailed. A must-have spare part.

Solid upgrade component
Works as advertised. The brass nozzle is high quality. Just make sure to check your voltage requirements; this is specifically for 24V systems like the Vyper and Chiron. Don't try to use it on a 12V machine without modifications.

Good quality, instructions could be better
The build quality of the aluminum block and heatsink is solid. It works great on my Chiron. I deducted one star because the wiring diagram was a bit vague for beginners, but if you know your way around a 3D printer, it's a breeze to install.

Fast shipping and great performance
Arrived well-packaged with all necessary screws. Installation took about 20 minutes. The thermal conductivity seems improved, as the heater reaches target temperature faster. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Restored my printer to life
Excellent value for money. The E3D V5 style design ensures consistent extrusion. I've printed over 500 grams of PLA and PETG without a single jam. The fans are also surprisingly quiet compared to the stock ones.
Q: Is this compatible with the Anycubic Kobra?
A: No, this specific assembly is designed for the Anycubic Vyper and Chiron models. The mounting points and wiring harness differ for the Kobra series.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
A: This kit includes the hotend assembly, nozzle, and fans, but it does not include a silicone sock. You can purchase those separately if needed for temperature stability.
Q: Can I use a 0.6mm nozzle with this instead of the included 0.4mm?
A: Yes, this hotend uses standard M6 threaded nozzles. You can easily swap the included 0.4mm nozzle for a 0.6mm or other sizes compatible with E3D V5 style hotends.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this can handle safely?
A: The hotend is rated for safe operation up to 260°C, which is suitable for PLA, PETG, TPU, and ABS. We do not recommend exceeding this limit.
Q: Do I need to solder the wires myself?
A: Depending on your specific printer revision, you may need to transfer the wires from your old hotend to this new assembly. Basic soldering skills are recommended for a secure connection.
