Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
Switched to this all-metal hotend to print carbon fiber PLA and it works flawlessly. The hardened steel nozzle shows no wear after 2kg of filament. Installation on my P1P was straightforward.

Good but pricey
It works as advertised and the hardened nozzle is a must for my glass-filled nylon. However, the price point is a bit steep compared to buying parts separately. Still, the convenience of a pre-assembled unit is nice.

Reliable for production runs
We use this on our X1-Carbon for small batch production. It handles continuous printing for days without failure. The temperature stability is impressive even at 280°C.

Seamless replacement
My original hotend failed after a year of heavy use. This Huasu replacement fit perfectly and the printer recognized it immediately. Print quality is back to 100%. Fast shipping too.

Great quality but needs tuning
The build quality is excellent and feels very sturdy. I had to recalibrate my flow rate slightly compared to the stock brass nozzle, but once dialed in, the prints are crisp. Highly recommend for high-temp materials.

Solved my clogging issues
I was constantly clogging with the standard setup when printing PETG at higher speeds. This TZ4.0 assembly with the all-metal throat eliminated the heat creep problems entirely. Very satisfied.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 mini?
A: No, this TZ4.0 assembly is specifically designed for the X1, X1-Carbon, P1P, and P1S series. The A1 mini uses a different hotend architecture.
Q: What is the maximum safe printing temperature for this hotend?
A: The all-metal throat and heater cartridge support temperatures up to 300°C. We recommend staying below 285°C for prolonged periods to ensure component longevity.
Q: Can I swap just the nozzle or do I need to replace the whole assembly?
A: You can swap just the nozzle if you have the correct wrench, but this product is sold as a complete assembly. Many users prefer replacing the whole unit to avoid potential leaks or alignment issues during reassembly.
Q: Will this improve bridging performance?
A: While the primary benefit is durability and heat resistance, the improved thermal consistency of the all-metal design can indirectly help with bridging by maintaining stable melt viscosity. However, cooling settings play a larger role.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
A: No, this assembly does not include a silicone sock. You can reuse your existing sock from the original hotend if it is still in good condition, or purchase one separately.
