Excellent for Giclée printing
Used this for high-resolution pigment printing. The color vibrancy is outstanding, and the surface handles the ink without smudging. Highly recommended for professionals.

Artist approved!
I've tried many brands, but this cotton canvas strikes the perfect balance between absorbency and surface smoothness. The waterproofing does not alter the paint finish.

Good value for money
For the price, you get a lot of high-quality material. The grain is consistent throughout the roll. It took a little getting used to the fast-drying nature, but now I love it.

Perfect for my large landscape pieces
The texture is ideal for oil paints, holding the pigment beautifully without bleeding. The waterproof coating gives me peace of mind when displaying work in humid areas.

Sturdy and reliable
This canvas feels substantial. It doesn't sag when stretched, and the waterproof feature is a game-changer for my outdoor installation projects.

Great quality, fast drying
I was impressed by how quickly the layers dried compared to my usual canvas. The roll arrived without creases. Only giving 4 stars because I wish it came in wider widths.
Q: Can this be stretched over wooden frames without tearing?
A: Absolutely. The 12 oz weight provides excellent tensile strength, making it easy to stretch over wooden stretcher bars without risk of tearing during the process.
Q: What is the shelf life of this canvas if kept unopened?
A: If stored in its original packaging in a climate-controlled environment, the canvas retains its optimal priming quality for up to 5 years.
Q: Is this canvas suitable for use with acrylic paints as well as oils?
A: Yes, the acid-free primer coating is versatile and works excellently with both oil and acrylic paints, as well as pigment-based inks for giclée printing.
Q: Does the waterproof coating affect the breathability of the fabric?
A: The coating provides water resistance to protect the artwork from moisture damage while maintaining enough breathability to prevent mold growth under normal indoor conditions.
Q: How do I store the remaining canvas after cutting a piece from the roll?
A: We recommend rolling the remaining canvas back onto the original tube with the painted side out (if primed) or protected by acid-free paper, and storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
