Seamless replacement
My original hotend developed a leak after a year of heavy use. This replacement fits perfectly and resolved the issue immediately. The heating element seems to reach target temperature slightly faster than the old one.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments

Easy install for beginners

Great quality, slightly tight fit
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. I had to apply a little extra force to seat it properly in my P1P, but once installed, it has been working flawlessly for weeks. Temperature stability is spot on.

Solid performance
Works exactly as described. I appreciate that it comes pre-assembled with the thermistor and heater cartridge already installed. Saved me a lot of time compared to building one from scratch. Deducting one star only because the fan is a bit louder than expected.

Essential for engineering materials
If you plan on printing glass-filled nylon or any abrasive material, this is a must-have. The standard brass nozzles wear out too fast. This TZ2.0 upgrade handles high temps and rough filaments without clogging.
Q: Does this come with a spare silicone sock?
A: This package includes the hotend assembly and nozzle. The silicone sock is usually transferred from your existing hotend or sold separately, depending on your specific printer configuration.
Q: What is the warranty period for this part?
A: This accessory comes with a standard 90-day manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Q: Can I use this nozzle for printing pure metal filaments?
A: While the hardened steel nozzle is durable, we do not recommend printing pure metal filaments as they can still cause excessive wear and may require specialized equipment beyond this assembly.
Q: Will this increase the maximum printing speed of my printer?
A: This assembly maintains the standard thermal performance specifications. While it allows for reliable printing with abrasive materials, it does not inherently increase the mechanical maximum speed of the printer.
