Great quality, minor fan noise
The extrusion quality is fantastic and clogs are a thing of the past. The only reason for 4 stars is that the included cooling fan is slightly louder than my previous one, but it cools very effectively.

Perfect upgrade for my old printer
This print head installed seamlessly onto my existing frame. The temperature stability is much better than the stock version, and the hardened steel nozzle handles abrasive filaments with ease.

Solved my clogging issues

Good value kit
As someone new to upgrading printers, this kit came with everything I needed. The instructions could be slightly more detailed, but online guides filled the gaps. Prints look great now.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my E-steps after installation?
A: It is highly recommended to recalibrate your E-steps and perform a flow rate test after installing any new extruder assembly to ensure optimal print dimensions and quality.
Q: Is this compatible with a 24V power supply?
A: Yes, this print head supports both 12V and 24V systems. Please ensure you select the correct heater cartridge voltage option when ordering or verify the label upon receipt.
Q: Does the kit include a 0.6mm nozzle?
A: The standard kit comes with a 0.4mm nozzle installed. However, the package includes a variety pack of nozzles ranging from 0.2mm to 0.8mm, so a 0.6mm is included in the box.
Q: Can I use this with flexible TPU filament?
A: Absolutely. The direct drive geometry of this V6 style head is excellent for flexible materials like TPU. We recommend printing at slower speeds for best results.
Q: What is the warranty period for this item?
A: This product comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Physical damage from misuse is not covered.
