Excellent value for money
You get five nozzles in various sizes for a great price. The threading is precise, and they install easily on my Ender 3 without any leaking. Highly recommend for anyone experimenting with new filament types.

Perfect for carbon fiber prints
I switched to these hardened steel nozzles specifically for printing with carbon fiber filled PLA. My old brass nozzles would wear out after just two spools, but these have lasted through ten spools with zero degradation in print quality.

Solid build quality
The machining looks clean and the interior bore is smooth. I use the 0.4mm size for general purpose printing with occasional abrasive filaments. It's a reliable upgrade that extends the life of your hotend.

Great durability, slight flow adjustment needed
These nozzles are incredibly tough and handle abrasive materials well. I did have to tweak my flow rate slightly compared to my brass nozzles, but once dialed in, the prints are crisp and accurate.

Solved my clogging issues
I was constantly clogging with wood-fill filament using standard nozzles. Since switching to the Qipang hardened steel 0.6mm nozzle, I haven't had a single clog. The heat distribution seems very even too.

Easy installation for beginners
As someone new to 3D printing, I was worried about changing nozzles. These came with clear sizing markings and screwed in perfectly. No leaks and my first print came out flawless.
Q: Does this pack include a wrench for installation?
A: No, this package contains only the nozzles. However, any standard M6 nozzle wrench or socket compatible with your hotend will work for installation.
Q: Do I need to change my slicer settings when switching from brass to hardened steel?
A: Generally, you may need to increase your printing temperature by 5-10°C due to different thermal conductivity. We also recommend checking your flow rate calibration for optimal results.
Q: Which size should I choose for printing with glow-in-the-dark PLA?
A: For glow-in-the-dark PLA, which is abrasive and contains large particles, we recommend using the 0.6mm or 0.8mm nozzle sizes to prevent clogging and reduce wear.
Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the Creality Ender 3 V2?
A: Yes, the Qipang MK8 Hardened Steel Nozzles feature an M6 thread which is fully compatible with the Ender 3 V2 and most other printers using the MK8 extruder system.
Q: What is the maximum temperature these nozzles can withstand?
A: These hardened steel nozzles are designed to withstand temperatures up to 450°C, making them suitable for high-temperature filaments like ABS, Nylon, and Polycarbonate.
