Good quality, minor fan noise
The build quality of the heat block is excellent and feels very sturdy. Prints are coming out great with no thermal creep. The only reason for 4 stars is that one of the included cooling fans is slightly louder than the stock ones, but it's not a dealbreaker.

Easy install and great performance

Reliable and durable
We bought three of these for our office printer farm. All three have been running flawlessly for weeks now. The heat distribution is even, and the fans provide adequate cooling even during high-speed prints on the K1 Max.

Solved my ABS warping issues

Solid upgrade part
Works exactly as described. The aluminum alloy construction feels premium. I've run several long prints without any overheating issues. Just make sure to calibrate your flow rate after installation as tolerances might differ slightly from stock.

Perfect drop-in replacement for K1
My original hotend started clogging frequently after six months. This K-Family assembly was a direct fit. Installation took about 15 minutes, and my print quality is back to perfect. The aluminum heat sink dissipates heat very effectively.

A: The aluminum alloy heat block can safely operate up to 300°C when paired with an appropriate high-temperature nozzle. Please adhere to the temperature limits of your specific filament type.
Q: Are the cooling fans replaceable if they fail later?
A: Yes, the unit uses standard 4010 size fans. If they wear out over time, they can be easily replaced with any compatible 24V 4010 blower fans.
Q: Does this come with a nozzle installed?
A: The assembly typically comes with a standard brass nozzle pre-installed, but we recommend checking the specific batch notes or contacting us if you require a hardened steel nozzle for abrasive filaments.
Q: Is this compatible with the standard Creality K1 non-Max version?
