Reliable and durable

Perfect replacement for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle assembly for printing carbon fiber filled PLA, and it has held up perfectly. The detachable design makes swapping nozzles incredibly fast compared to my old setup.

Essential upgrade for the X1P1
If you plan on doing any serious engineering material printing, this is a must-have. The temperature stability is spot on, and the hardened steel prevents wear even after dozens of hours of printing.

Great quality, minor installation learning curve
The build quality is excellent and feels very robust. It took me a few tries to get the heating block aligned correctly during installation, but once set up, the print quality improved significantly.

Solid performance
Works exactly as described. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the included thermal paste was a bit dry, but replacing that was easy. The hotend itself is fantastic.

Q: Is this compatible with the original Huasu X1P1 printer?
A: Yes, this assembly is specifically designed for the entire Huasu X1P1 series and is a direct plug-and-play replacement.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with PLA filament?
A: Absolutely. While optimized for abrasive materials, it works perfectly fine with standard PLA, PETG, and ABS filaments as well.
Q: How difficult is it to replace the detachable nozzle?
A: It is very straightforward. You simply heat the hotend to around 200°C, unscrew the old nozzle with the provided wrench, and screw in the new one. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
Q: Does the package include a spare nozzle?
A: The package includes one pre-installed 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle. Spare nozzles are sold separately in our accessories section.
Q: What is the maximum continuous operating temperature?
A: The assembly is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C. We recommend staying within this limit to ensure component longevity.
