Essential for advanced materials
If you plan to print anything other than basic PLA, get this upgrade. The hardened steel handles glass-filled nylon without issue. The thermal performance of the brass heatsink is superior to the stock aluminum one.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. The ceramic throat tube prevents clogging much better than the stock PTFE lined version. Highly recommended for engineering materials.

Great upgrade but install takes time
The print quality is excellent and the brass heatsink dissipates heat very well. Installation took me about 45 minutes as I had to be careful with the wiring. Once installed, it works flawlessly on my A1 Mini.

Solved my heat creep issues
The ceramic throat tube is a game changer. I was experiencing frequent heat creep with high-temperature PETG prints, but this upgrade completely eliminated the problem. Stable temps all around.

Good value for money
Solid construction and fits the A1 perfectly. The only reason for 4 stars is that the included instructions could be more detailed regarding the fan re-assembly. Otherwise, a great product.

Durable and reliable
Been running this hotend for three weeks straight on a large batch of jobs. No wear on the nozzle yet, which is impressive compared to standard brass nozzles. Worth every penny.
